Register by Post
- Complete the registrations forms (see below) and return them to the Student Accommodation Office at the address shown at the bottom of the page.
- Enclose £25.00 per property. Cheques should be made payable to Keele University. Alternatively payment can also be made using a valid Visa debit/credit card or MasterCard.
- Attach the original copy of the current gas safety certificate, current electricity certificate and Energy Performance Certificate for each property (these will be returned to you).
- Attach the original copy of your North & Central Staffordshire (previously known as the North Staffordshire) Landlord Accreditation Certificate (this will be returned to you).
